Recipe: Soto Aceh

Soto Aceh

750 ml coconut milk from a coconut
500 gr beef, cut into small dice
2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
2 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed
4 bay leaves
2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 pcs lemon, squeezed
2 tablespoons onion, for topping
3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing


Subtle Seasonings
1 sd coriander, toasted
4 para hazelnut
1 teaspoon pepper
8 pieces red onion
3 cloves garlic
A ginger knuckles
Salt to taste

Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant.
Enter the beef.
Stir until change color.
Pour the coconut milk.
Enter the lemongrass and bay leaves.

Cook, stirring, stirring until boiling. Lift. Discard the lemongrass and bay leaves.

Serve soup with sliced beef tomato, fried onions, celery and lemon juice.
