Recipe: Ayam Kremes
Ayam Kremes
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, cut into four parts
500 ml water
oil for frying
Refined:
6 pcs shallots
4 cloves garlic
6 BTR hazelnut
1 / 2 tbsp coriander
1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients for kremes:
350 ml of boiling water seasoned chicken
3 tablespoons rice flour
Marinate chicken with ground spices, knead until the flat, let stand for 30 minutes until the spices to infuse.
